SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipping & delivery estimations are for orders made before 5pm the same day.
After receiving your payment the production order will be started, h
owever please bare in mind that it may take up to 48 hours to process your order.
We hope to provide you the most efficient service as possible, 28AND31 does not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standard.

We ship free to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Gribraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and northern Ireland.

 

Customized Items shipping delivery time :

The Netherlands  - within 21 working days

Europe– within 21 working days

Non-customized items shipping delivery time:

The Netherlands  - within 7 working days

Europe– within 14 working days 

If you need to receive your order sooner than the advertised lead time, it may be possible - Please e-mail to info@28and31.com (Subject: Order number + name) to find out.

RETURNS/ SHIPPING COST 

Custom designed items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please be advised that any change in a customized order must be received by email (info@28AND31.com) (Subject: Order number + name)within 24 hours.

If you are not happy with your item (non-personalized), please get in contact and we can refund or exchange the item - you must contact us by e-mail (info@28and31.com) (Subject: Order number + name)no later than 7 days after receiving your order, and return the item within 14 days.  Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, we cannot refund items that have been damaged by you after receipt.  

Shipping returns or exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We advise you to ship your return with an insured & trackable courier. 28AND31 is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit by the carrier.

Once we receive the returned item, we will credit your account within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 14 working days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.

 

REPAIRS

If for any reason something happens, we will try our best to repair it for you.

Follow these 3 easy steps to find out if we can repair your item.

1. Email to info@28and31.com attaching a clear photo of your broken item.

2. Include in your email the date it was purchased, along with your order number and - The full name of the person who made the order

3. Finally don’t forget to include a clear description of how your item was broken.

 

Once we’ve received your email, we’ll review all of the information and get back to within 3 working days to let you know if we can repair it.

 

MATERIALS

RHODIUM

Please note that all our rhodium items are white gold and plated in rhodium, herefore it will wear off eventually and require replating.

 

CHANGE STRAP COLOR

Do you like to change your strap color?  

Follow these 3 easy steps

1. Email to info@28and31.com

2. Include in your email: Item - Color - Adult/ child - Name - Telephone number - Return adresss

(Costs €10)

We advise you to ship your item with an insured & trackable courier. 28AND31 is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit by the carrier.
